Neiman Marcus in Dallas is seeking a Seasonal Restaurant Cook to produce high-quality food and deliver outstanding customer service within established standards. You will work collaboratively with café and store teams to maintain relationships and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of restaurant cooking experience, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to learning new skills in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year’s restaurant cooking experience.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong technical background in communication, server, cooking, multitasking, cleanliness, organization.
• Knowledge of food/Hospitality industry trends including bookkeeping skills preferred but not required.
• Openness to learning and developing new skills and processes.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

What This Position Is All About

Under direction from the Operations Manager, the Seasonal Restaurant Cook is responsible for producing high quality food within established period standards while providing customer service, establishing and helping to maintain customer relationships and working effectively with other team members within the café and the store.
