Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Frederick, MD is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Replenishment Team Member to help customers, unload trucks, stock shelves and support store recovery. You will assist with checkout, enroll customers in rewards and payment options, and participate in omni-channel orders such as BOPIS and SFS.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are at least 16 years old. Training includes safety, SOP adherence, and cross-training in framing services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Perform merchandise recovery and store in-stock/AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive, respectful environment and be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
