Primark is hiring a Seasonal Replenishment Associate for 6am-10am, part-time in New York. You’ll help customers find fashion at great prices, keep shelves filled, and maintain a tidy stockroom and store appearance.

Expect a fast-paced environment with friendly service and clear schedules, plus opportunities to learn and grow. You’ll participate in receiving deliveries, pricing, and accurate signage while upholding Primark’s high standards, safety rules, and customer-first mindset.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards

The starting base hourly rate for this role is: $17.50

This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark.

The pay rate offered for this role is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.

To perform the essential functions of this position, colleagues must be able to satisfy the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires the ability to constantly stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, on hard- surface floors. Colleagues must frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and reach at or above shoulder level. The role also requires frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally participating in team lifts for items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Colleagues must constantly perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, including handling and processing merchandise, operating cash registers or other point of sale systems, and using handheld devices. The position requires movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom, occasional use of stairs or ladders where applicable, and occasional work in varying temperatures, including in outdoor areas or storage spaces where applicable.

Depending on their assigned responsibilities, colleagues may receive training on the safe use of equipment such as balers, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks, and may be required to operate such equipment when properly trained and authorized. In no circumstances are colleagues under 18 permitted to use balers, manual pallet jacks, or electric pallet jacks.
