Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Frisco, TX. You will help customers feel good and look their best, building relationships through in-store and digital interactions while meeting sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book.

• In Women’s Apparel, you'll help customers build a wardrobe that works for real life, from everyday pieces to special occasions. Build lasting relationships by listening to what customers want, offering styling suggestions, and following up when new arrivals fit their taste. Grow your expertise in fit and fashion trends and recommend alterations and tailoring when it helps a customer feel confident in what they choose.

A day in the life…

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which include reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Schedule

Hours vary by week based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holiday or event shifts. This role may also require occasional flexibility to support other departments.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

$13.25 - $13.25 HourlyAt Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
