Qualifications

BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications through ARC or AHA

Responsibilities

Evaluates patients, plans, implements, and documents nursing care.
Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
Performs patient tests and administers medications per RN scope.
Educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
Works with team to achieve patient goals.

Tampa General is affiliated with the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and serves as the primary teaching hospital for the university. InterHealth is currently hiring for 13-week contracts with significantly higher base pay and benefits for purchase. We offer opportunities that will allow our seasonal contractors to consider full time or part time conversions but also be eligible for contract extensions depending on team’s coverage. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and deemed competent to work independently.

Extensions may be an option, as well as, transition into a full-time role.
