The role offers 8am–5pm hours with possible overtime and exposure to ATS, recruiting best practices, and HR processes within a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is a plus.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring processes preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume hiring and onboarding activities to support seasonal staffing needs.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks efficiently.
• Update and maintain recruiting spreadsheets and tracking reports daily for accurate data management.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive experience.
