Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in Point Clear, Alabama, seeks a Seasonal Recreation Attendant to create a welcoming and safe guest experience on our Gulf Coast property.

You will maintain pool and beach areas, set up and manage recreational equipment, enforce safety rules, assist guests with activities, and support Grand Fun Camp supervision for children, delivering memorable service with a smile.

Qualifications

• Maintain pool/ beach areas and safety standards.
• Assist guests with a variety of recreational activities.
• Ensure equipment is set up and maintained for guest use.
• Adhere to pool rules and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, responsive guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of pool and beach areas, monitor chemical levels, ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Enforce pool rules and supervise the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Set up and maintain recreational equipment (chairs, umbrellas, watercraft) and operate equipment as needed.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and coordinate recreational activities.
• Supervise Grand Fun Camp activities and complete required paperwork; organize games and crafts.
