Summary

Support store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed according to company standards. The role involves working across the selling floor and stock areas, with flexibility to support busy store events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for customer orders.
• Pack merchandise for shipment using approved policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.
• Use handheld devices, computers, and other technology to perform job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical movements such as reaching and kneeling, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
