Job summary

Boscov's Department Store, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Receiving & Stock Associate to support the store's stockroom and floor teams during the holiday season. You will help ensure merchandise arrives and is placed on the sales floor promptly, while providing friendly customer service and coordinating with department teams.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, moving goods to the floor, and assisting with events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail stocking experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification helpful.
• Clear communication with coworkers, management and customers.
• Able to safely operate equipment such as forklift, freight elevator, baler and related gear.
• Must work well with the public (customers).

Responsibilities

• As a Retail Receiving & Stock Associate, ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the store and maintain a neat, orderly receiving dock.
• Establish rapport with customers to provide the best possible service and help with their needs.
• Load and unload trucks; move merchandise to and from departments using carts, dollies, or forklifts.
• Assist with set-up of special sales and events; support stocking and replenishment as required.
