Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to support daily merchandise receiving, packing, and order fulfillment in our Wayne, NJ store. You will help prepare shipments, fulfill customer orders, and assist with markdowns and returns while maintaining accuracy and speed.

The role requires strong teamwork, good communication, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the selling floor and assist as needed.
• Process new receipts and support receipt processing per standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for fulfillment types.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure safe delivery of orders.
• Participate in all logistics initiatives including returns, price changes, and damages.
