Brobston Group in Chevy Chase, MD seeks a reliable store associate to support logistics and fulfillment. You will process receipts, locate items for fulfillment, and pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality. You will also assist with returns, pricing changes, and other store logistics tasks.

The role requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and use technology.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack orders using appropriate techniques and policies.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical tasks.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
