Brobston Group in Miami, FL is seeking a logistics-focused team member to support receiving, fulfillment, and customer orders on the sales floor. You will process receipts, pick items for fulfillment, and help ensure accurate shipments while collaborating with store teams.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack shipments using approved techniques and policies.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
• Use store technology and equipment to complete job functions.
