Job summary

City of Bentonville is seeking staff to help run the ice rink, greet guests, answer questions, and handle admissions and program registrations. Duties include issuing wristbands, managing season passes, and coordinating rentals while keeping the facility clean and safe for guests.

Responsibilities also involve sharpening skates, tracking daily usage, calling waiting list patrons, and assisting with first aid when needed, with open/close duties and incident reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED; no experience required.

• Report all incidents and accidents in the facility.
• Answer phones and manage messages.
• Implements Emergency Action Plans when necessary.
• Monitor Ice Rink
• Enforce Ice Rink Rules

5-8pm, 5-9pm, 5-10pm (weekdays).

7am-1pm, 11am-4:30pm, 4:30-10pm (Saturdays).

11am-6pm (Sundays)

Responsible for handling admission and ice rink operation duties, including greeting guests and offering guest assistance, answering phones, handling department inquiries, handle season pass inquiries, ice skate management, and sorting and distributing marketing documents for ice rink programs. Also, cashiering for admissions, program registrations, and facility reservations.
