The Michaels Companies in Centralia, WA is seeking a part-time Materials Handler - Equipment Operator to load, unload and move inventory with reach trucks or order pickers, supporting inbound/outbound fulfillment and related DC tasks.

## Seasonal Reach or Order Picker Equipment OperatorApplylocations: Centralia-CENTRALIA DISTRIBUTION CENTER-208 Hoss Rdtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R00315698DC-CentraliaThe Material Handler - Equipment Operator may fulfill multiple roles in the Distribution Center environment to help fulfill overall mission to process Inbound and/or Outbound freight accurately, timely, and safely.**Major Activities*** Utilizes manual and/or powered industrial equipment to load and unload inventory.* Utilizes material handling equipment (reach truck and/or order picker/cherry picker) to fulfill shipping and receiving orders.* Completes periodic safety training on the operation of machinery.* Performs routine inspections of equipment and notifies leader of maintenance needs.* May perform one or more of a variety of functions in a Distribution Center environment associated with fulfilling orders for retail stores and/or other Distribution Centers.
