Medical City Dallas is seeking a Radiology Tech for a seasonal full-time role. You will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging under the supervision of a Radiologist while ensuring patient safety and adhering to radiation safety standards.

The position requires ARRT registration (Radiographer) and state licensure (AART/MRT in TX), plus an Associate degree or equivalent military radiologic technologist training. Expect shift variations and potential cross-facility coverage within the network.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician-AART or MRT in TX.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• Associates Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training per ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality diagnostic images under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring.
• Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities.
• Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.
• Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department.
