Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Seasonal Radiologic Technologist PRN to perform radiology procedures under a Radiologist's supervision. The role requires 1 year of recent Rad Tech experience with OR exposure and adherence to safety and documentation standards.

The position supports nights and weekends during a 13-week period, with orientation in the first week. Strong patient communication and reliability are essential to deliver timely imaging services.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience requirement includes OR radiology experience.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures according to exam protocol.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and obtain consent as needed.
• Position patients and operate radiology equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and sterile techniques; uphold safety policies.
• Document procedures and maintain imaging records per policy.
