Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education:Technical training / certificate or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Licenses/Certificates: Current General Radiographer license issued by the State of Florida, Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for Radiologic Technology (RT-R), BLS certification with American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Operates imaging equipment following department policies to safely obtain optimal imaging.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Utilizes electronic health records, PACS and related IT platforms to support accurate imaging decisions.
• On-call rotation with a 30-minute response time.
