Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Seasonal Quality Control Auditors for our holiday production season. Earn $21 per hour with 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including night and day shifts.

We seek dependable, quality-focused individuals to inspect finished and in-process products, document findings, and communicate issues to a production team. Prior QC/manufacturing experience is preferred and reliability is essential for the Christmas week assignment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize quality defects.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a production environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and the assigned alternating schedule.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Must be available through the seasonal assignment, expected to conclude around Christmas week.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on finished and in-process products.
• Identify printing errors, damaged items, incorrect specifications, and other quality defects.
• Verify that products meet established company quality standards.
• Accurately document inspection findings and quality issues.
• Communicate quality concerns to production supervisors and appropriate team members.
• Assist with identifying recurring quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow established quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and meet daily quality and productivity expectations.

We are looking for dependable, quality-focused individuals to help ensure that our personalized photo products meet our customers' expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with quality control, manufacturing, inspection, or production experience.

Available Shifts

B Shift – Night Shift

• Week A: Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
• Week B: Sunday–Tuesday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM

C Shift – Day Shift

• Week A: Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Week B: Sunday–Tuesday, 4:0 0 AM–4:00 PM

D Shift – Night Shift

• Week A: Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
• Week B: Sunday–Tuesday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM

Schedules alternate between Week A and Week B. Candidates must be available to work their assigned 12-hour shifts.
