Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Sales Associate to support client service and store operations at our Texas location. This in-store, part-time role requires strong selling culture, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will work with the team to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and engage customers through personalized outreach. Flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays is expected in this seasonally driven role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life… Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.

• Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
