Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor in Ohio to lead safety, production, and attendance standards. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, ensuring high productivity and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, enforcing safety policies, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with multiple levels of staff and customers. A Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
