Job summary

UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization, seeks a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, attendance, and workplace culture within a warehouse setting. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and cooperation across teams.

You will develop staff, provide ongoing safety training, and ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, and local requirements while fostering continuous improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Responsible to ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans as required to ensure ongoing professional growth.
• Ensures all department employees receive orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching to support their continued development.

Job Summary
