Job summary

Sierra Propane is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver for a seasonal role in California. You will load, transport, and deliver propane safely, adhere to DOT and company safety standards, and be the face of the company for customers.

You’ll perform daily vehicle inspections, join on-call rotations, and complete onboarding and ride-alongs. Pay is $28-33 per hour, with a $3,000 return bonus. Equal opportunity employer; safety and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

Valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.
Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required.
Commitment to following safety procedures without exception.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.
