Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a Production Laser Operator who is energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented to join a fast-paced gift personalization and production team. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and strong collaboration within a dynamic production unit. Seasonal shifts are available (1st, 2nd and 3rd).

Weekends and holidays are included and mandatory (except December 24 & 25). A seasonal blackout period is in effect from November 06 – January 08.

The Production Laser Operator is an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced gift personalization and production environment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration within a dynamic production team.

Seasonal Shifts:

• Seasonal shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

• Weekends & Holidays are included and mandatory (except December 24 & 25)

• Seasonal blackout period: November 06 – January 08

Seasonal Compensation and Benefits:

• Eligible for shift differentials (included in hourly already)

• Laser Operator $16.50 - $18.75

• Buffer Operator $15.50 - $17.75

• End-of-season bonuses

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
