Job summary

Wolfe LLC is seeking Production Equipment Operators to join our Gift Card production team on a seasonal contract based at the Pittsburgh Fulfillment Center. The role operates Datacard MX6100 and Bell & Howell inserter to produce reward, loyalty, and gift card packages, with bonus opportunities.

The compensation includes $20 per hour plus $500 after training and $1,500 by December 31, 2026, with a seasonal contract through 2026-12-31.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through December 31, 2026, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as business demands.
• Able to stand for long periods, twist, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (Outlook) and basic math.
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts; high attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Datacard, Bell & Howell, and FedEx shipping preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production-area machines, functions, and processes.
• Complete all logs and quality checks for each transaction and conform to all quality and audit controls.
• Order, store, and track inventory of supplies, and support on-site storage, inventory, and record-management requests.
• Keep daily production flowing to meet service levels, moving to other areas of production as business needs require.
• Deliver first-class mail daily to the local USPS office using the company van.
• Communicate any issues or obstacles to the Manager and maintain a clean, organized work area.
