Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking a production associate in Marysville, OH to perform safety checks, operate a forklift, and support daily production tasks. You will maintain cleanliness, ensure materials are stocked, and move between stations as needed, while communicating with team leaders about performance.

The role requires standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and willingness to work overtime including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Strong communication to relay information to peers and supervisors.
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Must pass the minimum fit for duty physical (annually).
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand 8–12 hours daily.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred, basic math skills.
• Team player who promotes teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities
