The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Production Assistant to join the Creative Marketing team. You will assist in creating promos and video content across social, digital and on-air platforms, supporting the internal creative team from concept through delivery.

This role requires strong organization to meet tight deadlines, along with excellent communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced NFL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum experience.

Summary

• The NFL is looking for a Production Assistant to join the Creative Marketing team. The position is accountable for assisting in the production of promos and video content across social, digital and on-air platforms.

Essential Functions

• Support internal creative team in executing promos and short form content from conception to delivery.
• Collect assets to view and log content.
• Team-oriented work ethic, to collaborate with on-air promo producers to produce assigned work.
• Must be able to handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and take direction from producers in a 1-on-1 environment, as well as work independently.
• Provide quality-control checks of final work.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

• Varies on need, but shifts may range from Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 12pm-9pm, 6pm-2am.

Salary

$23.75—$23.75 USD
