Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a PD/Prod Associate to support development and production of the seasonal line from conception to delivery. You will collaborate with Designers, Merchants, Technical Designers, and regional offices to realize the global vision and ensure margins align with the category sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Associates Degree.
• Experience: 3–4 years in product development or production.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Design, Merchant, Tech and Planners.
• Ensure development calendar milestones are met.
• Manage PLM line sheets and BOM data for accuracy.
• Participate in Material Strategy meetings to meet target costs.
• Track proto/yardage and communicate with suppliers and regional office.
• Ensure products are designed to cost and explore material options.
• Attend Design Handoff meetings to finalize BOMs.
• Monitor calendar deadlines and troubleshoot delays.
• Log samples as they arrive in NY office.
• Attend weekly garment fittings and communicate changes to suppliers and costers.
