Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Las Vegas is seeking a capable makeup artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our prestige brands. You will educate customers and create memorable service while collaborating with a high-performing team.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or retail makeup experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in make-up artistry preferred but amateur experience welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience educating customers.
• Contribute to in-store events and drive brand impact through visual merchandising.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to maintain premium store standards.
• Participate in training and development programs offered by the company.
