Shutterfly is hiring for a seasonal part-time JCPenney Portrait Team member in Temecula, CA. You’ll capture engaging photos, guide customers through the sales process, and schedule sessions while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The role welcomes individuals with strong communication skills, ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends, and a positive, upbeat personality. Training provided and no experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and HS diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform the sales process to meet Sales Averages.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule sessions.
• Provide a great customer experience from start to finish.
