Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and harness fandom knowledge to help fans find the merch they love.

You will stock, merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store while collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless in-store experience. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are required, with a passion for pop culture and philanthropy a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift boxes up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and keep areas visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions at the register and promote add-ons.
• Share fandom knowledge with customers and HQ partners as needed.
• Maintain stock room and stock visually merchandised spaces.
• Support team messaging and store operations as assigned.
