BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Greenville to support store leadership and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will train new team members, help meet sales targets, and assist with daily operations and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a part-time role with opportunities to lead and grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach new staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Provide leadership support and help run the store when the Manager is away.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and KPI targets (UPT, ADT).
• Maintain visual standards across assigned areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Handle sales transactions at the register and perform end-of-day closeouts.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ partners.
• Work with management to prevent theft and maintain security.
