Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Resort Experience Attendant for a Spring-Summer seasonal role. The position is part-time, focused on delivering a fun, safe, and memorable poolside experience for guests, with responsibilities around activities, guest assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Lift up to 50 pounds, endure sunny conditions, stand for long shifts, and support towels, cabanas, and activity areas while ensuring guest

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts.
• Must be able to stand in the sun for extended periods of time.
• Must be a problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool towels, monitor pool cleanliness, conduct rounds of the pool to assist guest.
• Perform rounds around the property and check pickle ball and tennis courts.
• Assist with setting up and facilitating guest activities and crafts.
• Maintain cabanas/daybeds.
