Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions; offer suggestions.

• Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Maintain organized workstation and assist with pre-shift tastings and setup/breakdown of stations.
