Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team responsible for creating magical Santa experiences and photo memories for families. You will support daily operations, drive guest service, and help manage scheduling, training, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop leadership skills, assist with open-day preparations, and ensure a positive guest experience, while promoting safety, teamwork, and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Seasonal leadership experience or retail hospitality background preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and guiding a team during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and lead by example.
• Assist with opening-day prep, scheduling, and training of seasonal staff.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Help manage inventory, procedures, and adherence to policies.
• Elevate issues to Local Management or IT as needed.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required.
