Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Superstition Springs Center in Mesa, AZ. You will support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a magical Santa photo experience for families.

Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures; leading by example and resolving guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities
