Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Southwest Plaza in Littleton, CO. The role leads a team to deliver memorable Santa visits and photo experiences, overseeing daily operations and guest service while driving sales during the holiday season.

You’ll recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage deposits and financial paperwork, and coordinate with host venues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Verify and submit daily deposits and financial paperwork.
• Build strong relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
