Job summary

Best Buy Co. is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Wisconsin to be the face of Best Buy for customers in stores.

You’ll be trained to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s needs, including handling product demos, purchases, returns, and curbside pickup. You will welcome customers, help across departments, and stay updated with ongoing learning to maintain knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
