UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will train teams, set high standards for productivity and accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with employees, management and customers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and adherence to all safety policies. Prior management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred, with flexible shifts and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week with shifting hours.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro‑active coaching to support their continued development.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
