Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a part-time Store Sales Teammate in Minnesota. This on-site role involves handling sales, merchandising, and store operations to fulfill our mission of delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

Pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, with base pay plus commissions in sales. Prior experience is not required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered for eligible teammates.

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies on payments and exchanges, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, balance drawers, and handle transactions.
• Develop and maintain store presentation, including displays and merchandising tasks.
