Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate to join our store team in Hoover, AL. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, maintain attractive displays, and help customers select footwear with care and expertise.

In this role you will upsell products, support loss prevention procedures, and assist with merchandising and shop upkeep. This is a part-time seasonal position requiring energy and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive sales performance consistently.
• Organize store merchandise and maintain back stock.
• Provide impeccable customer service and product knowledge.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks Brand in all interactions.
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising.
• Contribute to a comfortable environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities on time.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

• Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
