Johnston & Murphy is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate at our Westfarms Mall location in Farmington, CT. You will help deliver personalized customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and contribute to a premium shopping environment during peak season.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, engaging customers and supporting store goals while upholding brand standards and appearance. This role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Physical Requirements

This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
