Job summary

Moose Knuckles in Chicago seeks a seasonal part-time sales associate to deliver luxury service and memorable customer experiences. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and handle transactions with care.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of mid-luxury or luxury retail experience, a clienteling mindset, teamwork, and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship and authentic connections. You contribute to maintaining store standards and visual presentation while upholding policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mid-luxury or luxury experience.
• Proactive clienteling with valued customers.
• Knowledge of jacket features and brand storytelling.
• Ability to elevate the shopping experience for all customers.
