Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in a dynamic warehouse setting. This role develops workgroups, maintains high standards for productivity and customer service, and fosters strong cross-team relationships.

The position provides leadership to ensure compliance with safety policies, effective coaching, and continuous improvement. It requires flexibility, physical ability, and the capacity to guide teams to meet UPS performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.

Job Summary

He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
