Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser to work in retail stores, independently managing product placement, inventory, and seasonal resets. You’ll engage with store teams, stock shelves, and ensure attractive Hallmark displays across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.

This is a part-time role with a variable schedule, paying $13.50–$15.50 per hour. Paid training is provided, and eligible employees receive voluntary benefits and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department Resets: participate in installing and relocating fixtures and resetting sections, notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: be part of a network of merchandisers supporting others in different territories.
