Target is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates in Florida. Roles start at $21.30 per hour with a pay range of $21.30 to $25.08 per hour. A shift differential adds $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. There is potential for pay growth with tenure as a progression TM.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, packing and shipping items to stores and guests, and maintaining an efficient and organized workspace. Positions require English proficiency and ability to lift heavy items.

Qualificações

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.
• Able to read labels and other product documentation.
• English language proficiency to follow safety policies, trainings and instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Current shift openings at this location: Seasonal Warehouse Associate Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:30AM-3:30PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10:30AM-4:30PM

Warehouse Associate roles starting at $21.30 per hour. The pay range is $21.30 to $25.08 per hour.

You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

As a progression TM, there is an opportunity to grow your pay based on your tenure in your role.

What does a role as a Warehouse Associate look like?

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
