Job summary

East Coast Golf Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender at Sea Trail Golf Resort in Sunset Beach, NC, to handle beverage service at events, set up bars, and contribute to a smooth guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask during weddings, banquets, and corporate functions. Experience in resort or golf settings is a plus; beverage-service certifications are welcome. Shifts include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable local alcohol laws.
• TIPS certification or ability to obtain certification within first 30 days.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Experience in banquet or event service.
• Experience in resort or golf course settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the venue is clean before, during, and after events.
• Set up and maintain beverage stations and bars.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with event flow and guest service to meet needs.
• Handle guest concerns and report to the manager on duty.
• Enter sales in POS system accurately when events involve purchases.
