Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Store Associate in North Canton, OH to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

The role supports omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store, while upholding safety, shrink control, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image and teamwork.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; perform related duties as assigned.
