Job summary

PTLA Real Estate Group in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Painter Make/Ready worker to prepare apartments for occupancy, maintain curb appeal, and preserve the asset.

This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position from June through September with in-person duties. You will work Monday through Friday and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely occupancy and high standards of presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/painting preferred.
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

PTLA in Eugene is looking for a Painter Make/Ready worker to drive excellence in the presentation, curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset. This is a temporary, full‑time seasonal position, employment expected from June through September.

Pay

$20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
