Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Gift Box Packing Crew in Everett, WA for a 2-4 week assignment in the production department, supporting packaging and quality control. No prior experience is required; attention to detail and reliability are essential.

The role offers on-the-job training, overtime opportunities, and a chance to gain exposure to QA and production processes. The shift options include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Thu).

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Gift Box Packing Crew to join their team for 2-4 weeks. As a Gift Box Packing Crew, you will be part of the production department supporting packaging and quality control operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gift Box Packing Crew

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Range: $20.77

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Inspecting pouches for leaks and verifying seal integrity
• Folding and assembling gift boxes
• Packing smoked salmon products and protective materials into gift boxes
• Building and labeling master cases and gift boxes

• Inspeccionar bolsas en busca de fugas y verificar la integridad del sello
• Doblar y ensamblar cajas de regalo
• Empacar productos de salmón ahumado y materiales protectores en cajas de regalo
• Construir y etiquetar cajas principales y cajas de regalo
• Empacar cajas de regalo en cajas principales y apilar las cajas completas en palets

¿Qué se necesita?

• No se requiere experiencia previa
• Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar eficazmente en equipo
• Disposición para trabajar horas extras y ocasionalmente los sábados
• Capacidad para levantar, cargar y mover cajas durante el turno
