Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at our Dayton, NJ facility. Shift is Friday–Sunday, 1:00pm–11:00pm or end of sort, with overtime possible. Season runs 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026, and includes a $1,000 End of Season Bonus and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, lifting 30–50 lb boxes, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace to meet daily deadlines. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
